Learn why you should be a part of the TEAM!

TEAM Tilley Leaders Program is a grant-funded outreach program that partners with farmers to show how to manage risk and improve profitability using your own farm financial data. This unique opportunity combines hands-on training with powerful, customized technology run by Tilley.

As a participant in the program, you‘ll begin by building a customized budget, prepopulated using Ag university data, and then adjusted to match your specific operation. Next, Tilley runs real-time risk scenarios to reveal which insurance options and Farm Bill programs are best for your operation. Plus, you‘ll get a straightforward financial scorecard showing exactly where your farm stands, along with ready-to-print loan documents for your lender. Tilley handles the number-crunching while you focus on what matters—making confident decisions about your farm’s future.
